They are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to focus on the ServiceNow HRSD platform, responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements to enhance the platform and improve employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and document business processes, workflows, and service delivery needs
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team
- Analyze existing HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow HRSD platform
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business users to elicit and validate requirements
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and other documentation to support system design and development
- Assist in the configuration and testing of the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including case management, knowledge management, and employee service center portals
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases and coordinating with HR users to ensure solutions meet business expectations
- Provide support for system go-lives and contribute to change management and training materials for end-users
- Act as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow HRSD module, providing insights and recommendations for future enhancements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably working on enterprise software or SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of core HR functions, such as employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into tangible technology solutions
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation (e.g., creating user stories, process maps, and business requirements documents)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Direct experience working with the ServiceNow platform is required; specific experience with the HRSD module is highly preferred
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is highly desirable
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus
