• 48 months of experience gathering user requirements, including information-gathering sessions, requirements interviews/workshops, documenting existing systems, and defining future-state requirements.
• 84 months of experience developing, implementing, and delivering applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• 36 months of experience creating and developing custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Form Builder, and/or ServiceNow Studio IDE.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
