ServiceNow RPA Architect-Remote

Position: ServiceNow RPA Architect

Location: Remote (EST Preferred)

Pay Range: $75-80/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow RPA Architect with strong hands-on expertise in migrating bots and workflows from legacy automation platforms to ServiceNow RPA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable RPA solutions while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate bots and workflows from automation platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools to ServiceNow RPA.
• Design, estimate, develop, and implement RPA automations using ServiceNow RPA Design Studio, following best practices.
• Analyze and understand business processes to design accurate and efficient ServiceNow RPA solutions.
• Convert existing manual or automated processes into ServiceNow workflows with minimal business disruption.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing ServiceNow RPA solutions for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Stay current with ServiceNow RPA trends, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow RPA, including Design Studio.
• Proven experience migrating RPA solutions from other automation platforms to ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of RPA architecture, workflow design, and automation best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
