Job Purpose: The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for managing integrations with internal systems as well as developing and deploying enterprise business solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This position will also include Jira integration and development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist current Architect in implementing out of box ServiceNow applications including last mile configurations.
- Familiarity with creating new and supporting existing integrations between ServiceNow and other internal systems SOAP/REST API Web Services XML parsing etc.
