Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Business Process Analyst, located in Chandler, AZ, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, ensuring seamless ServiceNow implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement efficiencies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting business analysis, recommending process improvements, creating documentation, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Process Improvement, Business Process, and Business Process Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform and related tools is an advantage
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Prior experience in a business process analyst or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
