Job Description:
- Design, configure, script, and be responsible for the technical solution on the ServiceNow FSM.
- Work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements.
- Develop solutions using JavaScript for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration.
- Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine.
