Lead ServiceNow Engineer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Lead ServiceNow Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services for ITSM modules of ServiceNow, including ITSM Standard modules, Flow Designer, Virtual Conversational Bot with MS Teams, CSM, and Service Portal.
• Expertise in ServiceNow processes or business modules (ITSM &ITOM ITBM a bonus).
• Own and manage the integration of 3rd party systems with ServiceNow; MID server, web services (SOAP and REST), email, and other relevant integration technologies.
• Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services.
• Create or enhance various ServiceNov components such as business rules, flow designer, workflow request catalog client script script include UI policy UI action portal UI macro etc
