In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the Sales team and participate in onsite GTM activities during the sales cycle, demonstrating the various modules of the ServiceNow platform to prospective customers on a very deep technical level. The role will also involve designing the architecture for solutions built in ServiceNow, selecting the most appropriate modules from the Now platform for each use case, building and demonstrating of custom presentations, holding workshops, and running short proof of concept programs. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, HRSD, MCO, FSO etc.
- Demonstrate Experience with presenting ServiceNow solutions to clients in a value‑led approach. Case study would be provided for round 2.
- Assist the Sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre‑demo needs analysis.
- Assess the customer's strategic needs, uncover business requirements, determine the gaps between business requirements and product functionality, and build relationships with clients onsite.
- Gather the appropriate information to generate proposals with the right service components, pricing, and assumptions.
- Evaluate ServiceNow products and solutions that might improve or enhance services provided, while aligning and working closely with onshore ServiceNow leadership.
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by the proposed solutions, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.
- Produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation, outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ServiceNow.
- Hands‑on experience creating demos, and ability to demonstrate ServiceNow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
- Provide technical leadership during client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure compliance with business policies and standards. Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- 3-5 years of technical experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, Finance and Supply Chain etc.).
- Worked in presales environments with experience on large scale ServiceNow bids.
- Experience supporting a Sales team to win new business in new and existing accounts.
- Excellent customer facing, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good business analysis and requirements analysis skills.
- Must be able to work as part of a small team with minimal day‑to‑day supervision.
- Travel availability up to 40% within North America to support onsite client work. Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- ServiceNow Presales Accreditations.
