Day to Day task:

Develop and implement ServiceNow delivered applications and custom applications throughout all phases of the software development lifecylce.

Perform ServiceNow coding, testing, installation, and documentation of the system's functions and provide technical support for ServiceNow application modules and custom applications

Guide the discussions of the definition, design, and construction of processes/structures to support project requirements for the ServiceNow platform

Guide team members on a variety of ServiceNow projects, including determination of time frames for assigned tasks, completing assigned tasks, assisting in unit and system testing and post-implementation support of the system

Assist in the analysis of user requirements such as information gathering, participating in requirements interviews, documenting existing systems and processes, documenting requirements, and developing detailed specifications in the form of Agile User Stories

Ensure that system development and support projects adhere to ServiceNow and NYSTRS application development standards and procedures

Experience you have 1 84 Months of experience in developing, implementing, and delivering applications in the ServiceNow platform 2 36 Months of experience creating and developing custom applications within ServiceNow using app engine studio, UI Builder, Form Builder and/or the ServiceNow Studio IDE 3 84 Months of experience leading the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. 4 48 Months of experience in gathering user requirements by conducting information gathering sessions, facilitating requirements interviews and workshops, documenting existing systems and processes, and documenting future state requirements 5 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 6 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification Required Documentation R sum
