- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules<\/b> (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request). <\/p><\/li>
- Build and customize Service Portal<\/b> widgets and pages. <\/p><\/li>
- Create and support REST/SOAP integrations<\/b> and API -based workflows. <\/p><\/li>
- Automate processes using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer. <\/p><\/li>
- Lead requirement discussions and prepare technical documentation. <\/p><\/li>
- Troubleshoot issues and support platform improvements. <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>Requirements:<\/b> <\/h2>
- 8+ years of hands -on experience in ServiceNow. <\/p><\/li>
- Strong knowledge of ITSM<\/b>, Integrations<\/b>, and Service Portal<\/b>. <\/p><\/li>
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. <\/p><\/li>
- Experience with workflows, Catalog Items, and CMDB. <\/p><\/li>
- Good communication and client -handling skills. <\/p><\/li>
- ServiceNow certifications preferred. <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
