Job Description :

Join our team as a Senior Consultant for ServiceNow Implementation. This role involves driving IT Service Management initiatives, implementing ServiceNow solutions, and enhancing business processes through innovative approaches. Responsibility:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase and post-deployment.
• Design and lead integration of ServiceNow with alternate tools and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of the platform.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and ensure the team is proficient in new features.
• Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
• Experience developing and optimizing ServiceNow dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
