Our Atlanta-based client is looking for a ServiceNow Program Manager who doesn't just manage tasks, but orchestrates outcomes. Someone who sees the platform as an ecosystem, balancing strategy, delivery, and people, while bringing order to complexity.

In this role, you step into the center of the work: You lead platform strategy. You coordinate vendors and cross-module delivery. You bring discipline to governance, demand management, and operational planning.

Your days are spent connecting the dots, overseeing program reporting, PI planning, intake, communications, risk management, and resource tracking. You manage scope, schedule, and budget with confidence, while engaging stakeholders across key modules like EC, HAM, and SPM.

You also roll up your sleeves. There's data cleanup to tackle, workflows to optimize, and agile execution to keep moving forward.

And on the horizon? Meaningful initiatives like EA, ITOM, and future ServiceNow enhancements that need a steady, thoughtful leader to guide them.

This is a hybrid role, with time on-site for collaboration, relationship-building, and those conversations that are still best had face-to-face.
