You'll design implement integrations between ServiceNow third-party software platforms applications using best practices expert problem-solving skills multiple coding languages frameworks.

The role involves leveraging integrating AI into work processes decision-making problem-solving automating workflows analyzing insights exploring impact.

Key responsibilities include devising integration development plans strategies formulating architectures implementing latest AI offerings Virtual Agent NLU AI Search Issue Auto Resolution Task Intelligence Document Intelligence Generative AI designing user-specific solutions coordinating activities ensuring best practices followed acting SME complex user issues data conflicts instance configuration setup identifying debugging advising system errors architecture issues maintaining certifications providing thought leadership solving business process technical problems performing tasks independently good presentation report-writing skills up to 30% travel annually
