Job Description

The ServiceNow Platform Administrator ensures optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs by managing system upgrades user provisioning reporting problem resolution access controls user permissions.

• Tier 1 support includes identifying issues further troubleshooting efforts resolving complex problems integration issues API's User Management Certs etc.
• Serves as backup to respond to system needs handles requests that are more complex manages dashboards reports providing insights into platform usage license allocations performance supports data driven decision making.
