Skills

• Active SECRET Clearance and CompTIA Security+ CE (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Extensive experience working with ServiceNow
• Proficiency in coding with Angular, Java, and Bootstrap
• Experience deploying ServiceNow into virtual machines or virtual environments
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, MilCloud)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow features and enhancements as part of an Agile development process
• Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow applications and modules

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure best practices are followed for development, security, and performance optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree); Master’s degree with 2–6 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
• Experience with cloud development (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, or MilCloud)
• Active DoD Secret Clearance at the time of hire
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Master’s degree preferred but not required
