Job Description:
The client, Texas Association of School Boards, is seeking a Sr ServiceNow Consultant to fill a critical gap in their IT department.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience with ServiceNow and its customizations, as well as strong skills in ITSM and Rhythm flows.
- Experience working with Incidents, Changes, and Workflows
- Familiarity with Salesforce Developer and CRM/ERP systems
The consultant will be responsible for:
- KTLO (Knowledge Transfer Learning Orientation) during the system switch
