Developer III - Enterprise Solutions (ServiceNow, ITOM, ITSM, Cloud Management)

Role Description

Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules,

including Event Management, Cloud Management, Service Mapping, Discovery, and Orchestration.

Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and business analysts to gather and understand requirements for IT operations automation and

optimization.

Develop and configure ITOM-related workflows, business rules,

scripts, and integrations to automate operations, manage infrastructure, and

monitor events.

Configure and maintain service maps, event rules, monitoring

tools, and integrations with external monitoring and management systems.

Lead the development of custom solutions and enhancements in ServiceNow to improve IT operations, reduce manual tasks, and increase overall efficiency.

Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution related to ITOM solutions and integrations.

Guide and mentor junior developers, sharing expertise and best practices for ITOM module development.

Ensure proper documentation for all custom developments, configurations, and system integrations.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., ITSM, Cloud, DevOps) to ensure the seamless operation of ITOM-related workflows.

Stay updated on new features, best practices, and innovations in ServiceNow ITOM, and incorporate them into ongoing development projects.

Certifications

Must have CSA & CIS (ITSM & ITOM is mandatory) Certifications Senior
