ServiceNow Developers

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our team at Digital Mapout. If you have a passion for innovative technology and a proven track record in developing ITSM and other ServiceNow solutions, we invite you to be a part of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for IT Service Management (ITSM) and automation of business processes.
• Support and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incidents, Changes, Problems, and Agent Chat across the organization.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using both out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom implementations, leveraging REST APIs, JavaScript, and GlideAjax.
• Lead Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM) implementations.
• Custom application development on the ServiceNow platform by identifying and translating business and IT requirements.
• Provide expertise in scripting and workflows to streamline business processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow in ITSM, Integrations, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Strong scripting skills with expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNows GlideAjax.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro-Certification.
• Experience in supporting HAM and SAM implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
