ServiceNow Admin/Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow administrator to implement and administer ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment. Key responsibilities include managing service catalogs, request forms, tables, fields, workflows, business rules, reporting instance management including implementation of custom reports using Tableau or Excel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow System Administration certification (admin or higher). A strong background in ITIL v4 practices is also required. This position can be performed remotely from anywhere with internet access.
