Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and clients, you will ensure our ServiceNow solutions are not only functional but also perform at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Create and implement a robust test strategy for various ServiceNow projects encompassing functional, regression, performance, and automation testing.
• Test Design, Execution & Defect Management: Oversee and design test scripts, executing both manual and automated tests for different ServiceNow modules, guaranteeing system integrity aligned with business needs.
• Automation & Tooling: Enhance testing efficiency by implementing automation frameworks such as ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Selenium.
• Collaboration: Engage with ServiceNow architects, developers, and business analysts to review user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.
• Governance & Best Practices: Establish and uphold QA best practices in alignment with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow workflows.
• UAT Coordination: Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to secure project sign-offs.
• Reporting & Metrics: Deliver detailed test coverage reports, defect analysis, and quality assurance KPIs to key stakeholders.
• Non-Functional Testing: Conduct high-level security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
• Integration Testing: Validate ServiceNow integrations with external applications utilizing APIs, MID Servers, and data imports.
• Defect Management & Reporting: Manage the defect lifecycle using ServiceNow Test Management or similar tracking tools.
• Align Testing Frameworks: Ensure testing frameworks are in accordance with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
