Sr ServiceNow Developer ( Cloud Mgmt)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer Cloud Management with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Cloud Management (CMP) and ITOM to design, develop, and enhance cloud governance, provisioning, and automation solutions across public and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). The role involves close collaboration with cloud, DevOps, and operations teams to enable self-service, cost optimization, and compliance through ServiceNow. • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
• Expertise in:
• Cloud Management (CMP)
• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• CMDB (CSDM-aligned architecture)
• Custom development using:
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• UI Policies / UI Actions
• Flow Designer & IntegrationHub

Cloud Technologies

• Hands-on experience with:
• AWS and/or Microsoft Azure (GCP is a plus)
• Cloud services knowledge:
• Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM
• Cloud governance concepts:
• Cost management
• Policy enforcement
• Resource lifecycle management

Integrations & Automation

• REST & SOAP API integrations
• IntegrationHub spokes (AWS, Azure, Terraform)
• Infrastructure automation using:
• Terraform
• Ansible
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins)

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow APM, SPM, or FinOps
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms
• Experience with DevOps workflows in ServiceNow
• Exposure to SecOps / Cloud Security Posture Management
• Performance tuning and platform optimization

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud provisioning and governance solutions using ServiceNow CMP
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows for:
• Cloud resource requests
• Approval flows
• Automated provisioning/de-provisioning
• Implement and maintain cloud integrations with AWS/Azure/GCP
• Ensure CMDB accuracy using Discovery and Service Mapping
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Security teams
• Enforce cloud compliance, cost optimization, and operational standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements

ServiceNow Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred
• ITOM Implementation Specialist Strong Plus
• Cloud Management (CMP) Micro-Certification Plus
