Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Engineer to design, develop, and implement Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and audit teams to deliver solutions that strengthen risk posture and ensure regulatory compliance. Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Technical Skills: ServiceNow IRM module implementation (mandatory) Experience with ServiceNow IRM CMDB and CSDM capabilities

Preferred Skills: JavaScript and Angular Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow IRM Development & Configuration

Lead development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules: Advanced Risk Audit Management Policy and Compliance Management Vendor Risk Management (VRM) Regulatory Change Management Business Continuity Management (BCM) Design IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM) Configure notifications, SLAs, and reporting

Develop and manage script objects: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flows

Integration & Data Management

Set up and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server Perform data imports/exports ensuring data integrity
