Key Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technology professional who will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow platform modules

Core Responsibilities

Technical Analysis and Implementation

• Conduct comprehensive research and in-depth analysis for developing ServiceNow platform modules
• Capture detailed business requirements
• Perform end-to-end testing of configured functionalities
• Participate in designing and transitioning service management solutions

Requirements and Documentation

• Perform meticulous data analysis to generate precise developer requirements
• Create and maintain requirements traceability matrix
• Develop comprehensive project documentation
• Transform high-level concepts into granular, actionable details

Collaborative Engagement

• Support development and testing teams
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops
• Provide training to internal teams and clients
• Assist delivery teams in resolving platform-related challenges and enhancing service quality
