Multiyear ServiceNow Development

Job duties for this position include: configuring enterprise software, providing technical assistance, conducting system testing, writing functional specification documents, developing end user procedures, providing end user support, and business process reengineering

We are seeking a resource with a minimum of five (5) years of expertise in as many of the following products/platforms/activities as possible:

• ServiceNow configuration / development / end-user support
• Syclo Work Manager
• Mobility Platform (SMP 3.0 SP07)
• AgileAssets Sign Management
• AgileAssets Pavement Management
• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
• SAP Linear Asset Management (LAM)
• OnBase DMS from Hyland Software SP1)
• OnBase Archivelink for SAP
• OnBase Document Management
• experience using ServiceNow (changing ticket status, maintaining work notes, generating tasks, etc)
• OnBase experience including form design and workflow configuration
• experience with test planning, script maintenance, and test result tracking using Azure DevOps
• developing / creating documents in UPerform
• Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to write business and technical specifications according to defined and established methodology and standards We are especially interested in individuals with certifications in any of the following:
• ServiceNow certification
• Agile Development Methodology
• Scrum Master certification
• ITIL v3/v4 certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management

The Work Environment for this resource will be:

• Work hours will fall within 7am - 5pm EST (under normal circumstances)
• Remote only work until at least June 30, 2021 after which, on premise requirements are negotiable
