You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client visible role, offering the chance to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain client relationships, grow consulting and leadership skills, and build a career‑defined experience.
In this role you will be responsible for identifying and defining user/customer requirements focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across mobile, web, and tablets. You will engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services aligned with business requirements. Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in Application Design and Development, you will lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, ensuring quality and risk management. You will engage regularly with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Travel may be required as needed.
- Develop solutions to complex problems, recommending changes to policies and establishing procedures that impact your work area.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful task completion. Skills and attributes for success
Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources including offshore consultants.
- Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
- Make fact‑based decisions and resolve conflicts with excellent business acumen.
- Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management implementations.
- Analyze an organization’s IT/OM Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities; recommend leading practices and contribute strategic roadmaps.
- Advise on connectivity of CMDB and ITOM to ITSM processes.
- Lead client process and design sessions; facilitate requirements workshops.
- Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models; support planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk logs.
- Support pre‑sales activities, including proposals and estimates.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts. To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- Typically no less than 4‑6 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
- 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs. Ideally, you’ll also have
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
- Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower). What we look for

- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package: base salary ranges US $142,600–$261,500; NYC $171,200–$297,200, etc. Includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), paid time off.
