Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading US organization for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Core Setup and Platform Services. This role involves leading configuration efforts, supporting data loading, and providing technical leadership during workshops and agile sprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead Core Setup and Platform Services configuration, including instance branding, email setup, LDAP/SSO, and MID Server configuration
• Support data loading for users, locations, departments, and groups
• Design, configure, and brand Employee Center using standard ServiceNow capabilities
• Configure AI Search, curated experiences, menus, dynamic pages, and global headers
• Configure notifications, catalog content items, and standard Employee Center features
• Develop and modify widgets (low to medium complexity)
• Provide technical leadership during workshops and agile sprints
• Assist with story refinement and deliver hands-on configuration while sharing best practices with Platform Administrators

Skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CAD
• Minimum 2 CIS certifications
• Strong expertise in Core Setup, Platform Services, Employee Center, and AI Search
• Ability to lead Core Setup and Platform Services configuration, including instance branding, email setup, LDAP/SSO, and MID Server configuration
• Experience in supporting data loading for users, locations, departments, and groups
• Capability to design, configure, and brand Employee Center using standard ServiceNow capabilities
• Experience in configuring AI Search, curated experiences, menus, dynamic pages, and global headers
• Ability to configure notifications, catalog content items, and standard Employee Center features
• Experience in developing and modifying widgets (low to medium complexity)
• Ability to provide technical leadership during workshops and agile sprints
• Experience in assisting with story refinement and delivering hands-on configuration while sharing best practices with Platform Administrators
• Must hold active TS/SCI clearance and be able to support onsite requirements in Tampa, FL
