Role Overview

The SAP Concur Techno-Functional Consultant leads global deployment projects for SAP Concur solutions, combining technical expertise and functional knowledge to deliver end-to-end Travel, Expense, Invoice, and Request capabilities. The role ensures seamless integrations with enterprise systems, alignment with global policies, and high-quality user experiences across regions.

Occasional travel (10 20%) for workshops, testing, and go-live support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP Concur (Travel, Expense, Invoice).
• Proven techno-functional capability: configuration, customization, integrations, and data mapping.
• Experience with ERP integrations, APIs/IDocs, and interface monitoring.
• Familiarity with reporting (e.g., Cognos/Analytics) and audit/compliance rules.
• Strong stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Global deployment experience across multiple regions and business units.
• SAP Concur certification and exposure to new feature enablement.
• Experience with finance processes (AP, VAT/GST), P-Card, and corporate card programs.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, user provisioning, and master data governance.
