Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute as a hands-on full-stack ServiceNow developer within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within ServiceNow CSM and SOM modules.
- Build and extend UI Builder experiences, playbooks, and workspace components.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server where applicable.
- Review code for quality, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and guide the team on ServiceNow standards and design patterns.
- Participate in story grooming, technical solutioning, and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
- Support deployment, testing, and post-production stabilization activities.
Required Skills:
- Must have 10+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proven experience working with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management); SOM experience is a plus.
- Solid experience in UI Builder (UIB) development and workspace customization.
- Experience building Custom UI components and widgets, Playbooks and flows, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.
- Experience with integrations (REST, JSON, OAuth, APIs).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
