Job Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, the selected candidate will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications while acting as the primary point of contact. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring applications meet organizational needs. The candidate will also provide guidance to team members and foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure performance.
• Take responsibility for team-level decisions.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems across teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely milestone delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• In-depth understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
• Experience in application design and development methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and related tools.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery is mandatory.
