Quality & Delivery

Ensure platform stability, performance, and quality

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Maintain test scripts, test cases, and documentation

Required Skills

4+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong IRM/GRC focus

Hands-on Playwright automation (JavaScript / TypeScript)

Experience with ServiceNow UI & REST API automation

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform components

Good communication skills and Agile working experience
