Looking for Servicenow Admin

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow Admin and Dev Trainer to join our dynamic team.

As a ServiceNow Admin and Dev Trainer, you will play a key role in imparting essential skills and knowledge to our internal teams and clients on ServiceNow administration and development practice.

• *Responsibilities**:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on ServiceNow administration, development, and best practices for internal teams and clients.

• Develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and exercises, to facilitate learning and skill development.

• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and design training curricula accordingly.

• Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees throughout the training process and beyond.

• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

• Assist in the development and implementation of DevOps strategies and practices within the organization.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the organization.

• *Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (preferred).

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering training programs or workshops, preferably in ServiceNow administration and development.

• Proficiency in DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for learning and a commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

• *Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
