ServiceNow IRM Specialist

ServiceNow IRM specialist - 12 months - India/Remote Key Responsibilities Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including: Advanced Risk Audit Management Policy and Compliance Management Vendor Risk Management (VRM) Regulatory Change Management Business Continuity Management (BCM) Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM). Configure and customize functional data such as notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting. Develop and manage script objects, including: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Flows and Workflows Hands-on experience working with CMDB and CSDM capabilities. Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS).
