Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant Experience: 8+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules
• Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
• Deploy and manage MID Servers
• Optimize CMDB health, relationships, and data quality
• Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM
• Expertise in Discovery patterns and Service Mapping
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and cloud environments
• ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITOM preferred
