Role Summary :

Looking for an experienced Full Stack ServiceNow Developer to build advanced workflows and AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves developing custom applications, integrating AI/ML capabilities, and creating modern UI/UX experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, SPM).
• Full stack development :
• Backend : Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Frontend : Service Portal, UI Builder, React components.
• Integrate ServiceNow with AI services and automation tools.
• Work in Agile teams, participate in sprint planning and demos.

Required Skills

• Strong ServiceNow development experience (JavaScript, Glide API).
• UI Builder, Service Portal, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs, CMDB.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and chatbot integrations.
• Understanding of Agile/DevOps practices.

Preferred

• ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM).
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins.
• Exposure to AI frameworks or autonomous workflows.
