Job Description

We are looking for skilled ServiceNow Technical Developers to design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform with strong focus on ITSM and CSM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM & CSM modules
• Create workflows, Flow Designer flows, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub
• Support CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management
• Participate in upgrades, cloning, and platform optimization
• Follow ServiceNow and ITIL best practices

Required Skills

• 410 years of hands-on ServiceNow development
• Strong experience with ITSM & CSM
• JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS
• Flow Designer, Integration Hub
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
• CIS – ITSM / CSM (Preferred)
• CAD (Good to have)
