ServiceNow Proposal Writer

ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a ServiceNow Proposal Writer to lead the development of high-quality, persuasive proposals in support of ServiceNow implementation and advisory services. This role is responsible for translating technical solutions, delivery approaches, and value propositions into clear, compelling written responses for RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and client proposals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proposal Development

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for ServiceNow-related RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs
• Draft executive summaries, technical approaches, methodologies, staffing plans, and assumptions
• Clearly articulate business value, outcomes, and ROI Collaboration & Content Management
• Partner with ServiceNow solution architects and delivery leads
• Maintain proposal content libraries and reusable assets
• Customize content for client industry and objectives Compliance & Quality
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines
• Coordinate reviews and version control
• Proofread for clarity, accuracy, and consistency REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years proposal or technical writing experience in IT or professional services
• Experience supporting ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS proposals
• Strong written communication and organizational skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.)
• Experience with systems integrators or ServiceNow partners
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile delivery models KEY ATTRIBUTES
