About The Job

Responsibilities:

• Participate in day-one planning and configuration of the ServiceNow EA module.
• Design and build EA data models, workflows, and relationships within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align EA tooling with business strategy.
• Configure dashboards, reports, and integrations supporting architecture visibility.
• Document configurations and support iterative platform enhancements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development or platform configuration experience.
• Experience with EA, APM, CMDB, or related architecture-focused modules preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications highly desired.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of application and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• EA-specific certification not required.
