ServiceNow Technical Lead

We’re looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead to drive the implementation, optimization, and evolution of our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of HRSD solutions.
• Serve as the technical authority for HRSD initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs.
• Mentor and guide ServiceNow engineers.
• Contribute to platform architecture and governance.
• Ensure Agile delivery and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience or 5+ years overall ServiceNow experience.
• Strong technical background (Developer or Architect).
• Experience guiding technical teams and making architectural decisions.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Strong communication skills; English required, Spanish a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications a plus.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
