Role Summary: Seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead with deep expertise in Legal Service Delivery (LSD). This role combines hands-on development with solution design and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for ServiceNow LSD implementations
• Own solution design, development, and technical decision-making
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders
• Build and review custom solutions, integrations, and automations
• Mentor developers and ensure delivery quality
