ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join their team. As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you will be part of the HR department supporting HRSD & Employee Workflows projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects focused on HRSD & Employee Workflows suite of products.
• Collaborate with HR leaders, process owners, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI.
• Develop detailed process flows, acceptance criteria, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Test and validate solutions, develop user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, and support go-live activities.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience with at least two full-cycle ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including case and knowledge management.
• High-level understanding of designing and implementing complex employee workflows.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, acting as a Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant, or Product Owner in Scrum frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
