Job Description:

Requirements:

• 7+ Years of experience in Vulnerability Response
• 3-5 Years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Module & experience implementing the Module
• Ability to look at tools and processes and see how we translate them into the SN environment, and decide how to design
• Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, Knowledge Management modules
• Able to write a set of requirements and business tools
• Identify gaps that persist outside of SN.
• Communication and problem-solving skills
