ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with over 15 years of professional IT experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role focuses on high-level architecture, complex integrations, and advanced Service Portal development to support global business transitions and platform upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex Service Catalog items and widgets within the Service Portal.
• Architect and implement robust integrations using Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) APIs.
• Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, application rollouts, and transition support across various versions (e.g., Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul, Kingston).
• Perform advanced configurations and customizations of core modules including Incident Management, Service Catalog, and IT Service Management processes.
• Develop sophisticated front-end and back-end logic using JavaScript, AJAX, and XML.

Essential Skills:

• 3-4 years of intensive ServiceNow Development and Service Portal experience.
• 3+ years of expert-level JavaScript coding.
• Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) tool configuration and administration.
• Deep understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, HTTP, XML, and AJAX.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow version upgrades and platform transitions.

Desirable Skills:

• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V2/V3 Certification.
• Prior experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Programmer Analyst.
• Strong architectural background in designing scalable enterprise workflows.
