Responsibilities: In the role of ServiceNow Application Administrator, we'll count on you to:
- Perform administration of production application systems under the direction of more senior staff including ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, SAMPro, SPM, CMDB, etc.).
- Conduct technology implementation tasks under the direction of higher-level technical and managerial staff.
- Provide problem resolution of production application systems.
- Complete service requests related to assigned systems and ServiceNow workflows.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for production application systems including resolving ServiceNow incidents and requests.
- Research, review and analyze system modifications/patches/upgrades for applicability to assigned systems and ServiceNow platform updates.
- Produce and maintain system documentation.
- Assist with creating, testing, and deployment of new products, upgrades, and patches in ServiceNow (update sets and migration processes).
- Coordinate with Application Managers and product stakeholders.
- Occasionally work after-hours and weekends to complete special assignments, changes, or incident responses.
- Occasionally travel for operational requirements.
- Perform other duties as needed.
