Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow LSD Lead / Senior Developer to design, develop, and support Legal Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience and the ability to work closely with legal and business stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) solutions
• Configure and customize legal intake, case management, matter management, and workflows
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and legacy Workflow where required
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems
• Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices
• Create reports and dashboards for legal and compliance teams
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with business users, legal teams, and architects
• Support deployments, upgrades, and production issues

Required Skills

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development
• Hands-on experience with Legal Service Delivery (LSD) module
• Strong JavaScript skills (client-side and server-side)
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Record Producers
• Knowledge of ACLs, data modeling, scoped applications
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
• Experience with IRM, GRC, or Contract Management
• Exposure to ITSM integrations with LSD
• Experience working with US-based legal or compliance teams
