Purpose

We are looking for an energetic Solution Consultant to support our ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and ITOM offerings. In this role, you act as a trusted specialist, delivering value demonstrations, leading technical discussions, and facilitating successful sales engagements.

This role is remote, letting you work comfortably from home.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to pinpoint client needs and recommend tailored ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM solutions
  • Conduct product demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations to showcase ServiceNow benefits
  • Communicate with a range of stakeholders, from technical teams to executives, aligning ServiceNow features with the organization’s goals
  • Design solution architectures and workflows to illustrate how ServiceNow elevates business processes and addresses client challenges
  • Work with sales and delivery groups to create technical documentation, proposals, and answers for RFPs/RFIs
  • Keep up with the latest ServiceNow advancements, features, and industry direction to anticipate client requirements
  • Join client workshops, discovery meetings, and technical deep-dives to reinforce confidence in ServiceNow’s value
  • Partner with internal teams to align proposed solutions with deliverables
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during presales, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years in pre-sales or technical consulting, specializing in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM
  • History of designing and clearly presenting complex technical solutions
  • Comprehensive grasp of ServiceNow platform and configuration
  • Deep understanding of ITIL methodologies and ITSM best practices
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong client-focused problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for continual learning in ServiceNow technologies
  • Experience in SaaS or cloud solution pre-sales
  • Ability to work with integration tech like REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiar with Now Assist and Creator Assist tools
  • Practical background with telephony/cloud integrations (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect)
  • Experience with ITOM monitoring tools
  • Professional training or certification in project management (PMP, Agile/Scrum)

Required Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
