Purpose
TP is searching for a motivated Solution Consultant to support our ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and ITOM offerings. In this position, you will act as a technical advisor, demonstrating solutions, guiding strategic discussions, and driving sales engagements to successful outcomes.
This is a remote position, so you will work from the comfort of your home.

Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client requirements and recommend ServiceNow solutions customized to ITSM, CSM, and ITOM needs
- Deliver engaging ServiceNow product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations
- Communicate effectively with both technical contacts and executive stakeholders, aligning product capabilities with strategic business goals
- Develop solution architectures and workflows to illustrate how ServiceNow addresses client challenges
- Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs in partnership with sales and delivery teams
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry trends to anticipate evolving client needs
- Facilitate client workshops, solution discovery, and technical discussions to build client confidence in ServiceNow
- Ensure alignment between proposed solutions and final deliverables through coordination with internal teams
- Act as the main technical liaison throughout the pre-sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent background
- Minimum of five years’ experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, especially related to ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM
- Track record of designing and clearly presenting complex technical solutions
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform, features, and customization
- Advanced familiarity with ITIL and best practices in ITSM
- Excellent communication, presentation, and engagement skills for various audiences
- Skilled in customer-focused problem-solving
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in ServiceNow technology
- Pre-sales experience with SaaS or cloud solutions
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integration
- Familiarity with Now Assist and Creator Assist features
- Experience with telephony/cloud integrations such as Genesys or Amazon Connect
- Experience with ITOM monitoring platforms
- Project management training or certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
