Purpose

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Solution Consultant to strengthen our ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and ITOM offerings. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will demonstrate the solution’s value, lead technical conversations, and contribute to successful sales efforts.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to assess client requirements and propose tailored solutions utilizing ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations to illustrate ServiceNow’s value proposition
  • Engage both technical contacts and C-level stakeholders, addressing their challenges and connecting ServiceNow features with business goals
  • Design solution architectures and workflows to showcase how ServiceNow can streamline processes and solve client pain points
  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop technical documentation, proposals, and respond to RFPs/RFIs
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow platform advancements, features, and industry trends to anticipate client needs
  • Participate in client workshops and technical discovery sessions to reinforce confidence in ServiceNow capabilities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with the actual deliverables
  • Function as a technical resource during pre-sales, promptly addressing customer questions and concerns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent professional background
  • Minimum 5 years’ pre-sales or technical consulting experience, with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM
  • Demonstrated ability to design and present detailed technical solutions
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform and customization options
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences
  • Advanced problem-solving ability with a client-focused outlook
  • Eagerness to keep learning about new ServiceNow technologies
  • Experience in SaaS or cloud platform pre-sales
  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with Now Assist and Creator Assist
  • Experience with telephony/cloud solution integration (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect)
  • Background in ITOM monitoring tools
  • Project management training or certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum)

Required Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
