We are seeking an enthusiastic Solution Consultant to advance our ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and ITOM offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering compelling demonstrations, leading technical conversations, and contributing to successful sales engagements.

Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM
- Conduct engaging product demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations focused on ServiceNow’s value
- Communicate with both technical and executive stakeholders, connecting ServiceNow features to organizational objectives
- Create solution architectures and process workflows that show how ServiceNow resolves business challenges
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to prepare technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Stay updated on ServiceNow advancements, features, and industry trends to anticipate customer needs
- Participate in client workshops, solution discovery, and in-depth technical conversations to build confidence in ServiceNow
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between proposed and delivered solutions
- Act as the technical contact during pre-sales, responding efficiently to client questions and concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience
- Five+ years in pre-sales or technical consulting with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM
- Proven experience designing and presenting complex technical solutions
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and customization options
- Advanced understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices
- Excellent skills in communication, presenting, and engaging diverse audiences
- Strong client-centered problem-solving skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning in ServiceNow technologies
- SaaS or cloud solution pre-sales experience
- Proficiency with integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Now Assist and Creator Assist
- Background in telephony/cloud integrations (Genesys, Amazon Connect)
- Experience with ITOM monitoring tools
- Training or certification in project management (PMP, Agile/Scrum)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
