Purpose
We are searching for a results-driven Solution Consultant to expand our ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and ITOM offerings. In this position, you'll serve as a technical expert, engage audiences through product demonstrations, lead key technical discussions, and help secure successful sales engagements.

Your Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to assess client needs and craft customized ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM solutions
- Deliver product demos, POCs, and technical presentations that effectively highlight ServiceNow’s benefits for clients
- Engage with both technical and executive stakeholders to match ServiceNow capabilities to business priorities
- Design solution architectures and processes to illustrate how ServiceNow solves complex business challenges
- Contribute to technical documentation, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with sales and delivery disciplines
- Stay current on ServiceNow features and industry trends to address customer requirements effectively
- Facilitate client workshops, discovery meetings, and technical sessions to establish confidence in ServiceNow
- Align proposed and delivered solutions by working closely with internal teams
- Act as a technical liaison during pre-sales, managing client questions and addressing concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent professional experience
- At least five years of pre-sales or technical consulting experience focused on ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM
- Proven ability to design, present, and implement advanced technical solutions
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform, features, and customizations
- Strong background in ITIL and ITSM best practices
- Excellent presentation, communication, and engagement skills
- Strong customer orientation and advanced problem-solving ability
- Commitment to learning emerging ServiceNow capabilities
- Pre-sales background in SaaS or cloud solutions
- Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration methods
- Familiarity with Now Assist and Creator Assist tools
- Experience with cloud telephony integrations (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect)
- Understanding of ITOM monitoring platforms
- Training or certification in project management (PMP, Agile/Scrum)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
