ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hybrid Wilmington, DE - 3 days/week on site

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform in a large, highly customized environment.
• Support and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple layers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features and optimize workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for implemented solutions.

Required

• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in development and administration roles.
• Strong hands-on experience administering ServiceNow in a large, customized environment.
• Proven experience developing and supporting custom ServiceNow applications.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and automation.
• Ability to debug complex, cross-layer issues effectively.
• Comfortable working independently with limited tribal knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
